At Urelon, we stand behind the quality of our premium pet gear. We want you and your furry friend to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help with a straightforward and transparent return process.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Important Notice: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the return address on the shipping label without contacting us first. Items sent back to us without predefined authorization will not be accepted.

  • Note: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items if the return is due to personal preference (e.g., changed mind, wrong size ordered).

2. Damages and Issues (Our 100% Protection Guarantee)

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at onantonyaguirre@gmail.com with a clear photograph or video of the issue.

Once verified, we will evaluate the problem and make it right immediately by sending a brand-new replacement or issuing a full refund at absolutely no extra cost to you.

3. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

Certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Perishable goods (such as opened pet food, treats, or supplements).

  • Custom or personalized products (such as engraved collars or custom nameplates).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Sale items and Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance/sale items or gift cards.

4. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

5. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund has been approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
