At Urelon, we carefully select and source premium pet products from specialized global manufacturing partners. By shipping directly from our source facilities, we cut out the middleman and pass those massive savings directly onto you and your pet!

1. Shipping Times & Estimates

  • Order Processing: 1 - 2 Business Days. Every order goes through rigorous quality verification, secure packing, and sorting at our fulfillment hub before dispatch.

  • Standard USA Delivery: 7 - 14 Business Days once the order has been processed.

2. Domestic Delivery Experience (USA)

We proudly ship across the United States. Your package travels securely via international express air freight and is handed over to a reliable local carrier (like USPS or DHL) for the final delivery to your home.

  • Estimated Total Window: Most customers receive their pet gear within 9 to 16 total days from the exact moment of purchase.

3. Real-Time Order Tracking

Transparency is our priority. As soon as your package leaves the fulfillment center, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • Note: Tracking links usually take 48–72 hours to synchronize and display the first international transit steps as the package clears initial sorting.

  • If your order includes multiple different items, they may occasionally arrive in separate packages so we can get them to you as fast as they become available.

4. Important Considerations

  • Holidays & Weekends: Logistics hubs operate primarily on business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

  • High Volume & Seasons: During peak shopping seasons (such as Black Friday, Christmas, or high-demand periods), transit networks may experience global delays. We appreciate your patience and promise to keep you updated.

  • Customs & Delays: While rare, slight delays can occur due to customs clearance processes. Urelon monitors every shipment closely to ensure your package arrives safely.
